Thank you for your interest in Renew Lifestyle Clinic! When booking your appointment, please allow 24-48 hours and one of our office staff will contact you to go over our intake form, discuss pricing with you, and review how the appointment process will work at your first visit. Appointment slots chosen are not guaranteed. If you are requesting an IV appointment we require 72 hours notice. We can not accommodate last minute requests.
